I made a reservation with River view suite, because the pictures described about the river view suite has a terrace, but there wasn't. And the room is even under the ground floor. I feel very dissapointing about the promotion pictures.

Unfortunately, I was not able to enjoy my booking because the check-in and check-out date was wrongly booked by Trip Com. My intention is Saturday - Sunday ,22 - 23 October. Not Friday - Saturday, October 21 - 22.

Hotel in the harbour of Rotterdam. We got suite and it was big. Great view on the Nieuwe Maas. Bed, pillows, blankets - everything was goed. Breakfast was complete enough. There are a fox living under hotel. We saw him in the morning. So special. Staff was nice and helpful. I want to come back there.

- angekommen und mussten sofort bezahlen ( noch nie in einem anderen Hotel vorgekommen und reisen sehr viel) die Rezeptionistin hat uns erklärt dass man weg gehen könnte ohne zu bezahlen. Dabei hat man die Kreditkarte sowie alle anderen Einzelheiten schon im voraus hinterlassen. Über booking gebucht. - kein Schrank ( mit der Begründung dass es eher ein Business Hotel ist) komisch oder schmeißen die Businessleute ihr Kostüm auf den Boden? Zimmer wurden während 2 Tage nicht gereinigt. Kein Waschgel vorhanden. Wassertemperatur nicht einstellbar. Kein umweltfreundliches Hotel Zu teuer für die Leistungen. Frühstück war ok!

De kamer was zeker in orde. De enige opmerking die we hebben is dat de tafels in het restaurant niet of nauwelijks werden afgekuist. Eten aan een tafel met resten van de voorganger is absoluut niet aangenaam!

We had a family day (17 pp) in this hotel from 11 - 15 pm around a special ceremony on the river. In advance the management was very helpful in thinking along with us and reacted promptly on whatever question. The service on the day itself was accurate and very friendly, the lunch with various things for vegetarians and allergic members, was delicious. We had a perfect special day. Thank you very much, crew of the Delta Hotel!

Nette maar ietwat gedateerde kamer. Enkel glas en verrotte raamlijsten. Dus het was of te heet (met verwarming aan) of te koud (met raam open) De ramen waren vaak beslagen zodat we weinig tot geen uitzicht hadden naar de o zo mooie druk bevaarde Nieuwe Maas. Plinten stoffig. Badkamer netjes ingericht en genoeg ruimte om je toiletspullen te plaatsen. Douchen in bad (in- en uitstappen over de badrand) is voor de wat oudere gasten wel een moeilijkheidje.

A very nice hotel. It does have thin walls. The bathroom and just the whole room were nice. Breakfast had everything it needed. Location was okay. It’s 30 minutes by car to the centre of Rotterdam. You also have a free parking space at the hotel which is very nice. We had a nice stay.
