Такого сервиса не было нигде. Персонал - как ангелы - внимательные, предупредительные, добрые. Завтраки готовят ко времени и очень вкусно. Все с какой-то домашней любовью и заботой. Это все касается и номеров - пуховые одеяла, кондиционеры, удобные матрасы и т.д. Буду во Владивостоке - останавливаться только здесь.

Останавливались в города на 2 дня семьёй с ребёнком 3-х лет, номер чистый, уютный, есть все удобства - халаты, чай, капсульная кофемашина, кому нужно поработать рабочий стол, номер достаточно большой, великолепная кровать с хорошим матрацем подушками, при бронировании попросили дополнительное спальное место - предоставили очень хорошую кровать, на которой можно спать хоть самому, очень вкусные бесплатные завтраки (заказываются заранее), и замечательный персонал, после отпуска осталось чувство домашнего комфорта, при этом все очень сдержано в "бизнес" стиле!
