前台熱情，房間大，乾淨，豪華，離汽車站近。熱水器是電加熱，需要等。

訂的套房。面積很大衹是背對着大海。房間設施齊全，前台可以英語溝通。地址稍微偏了一點。靠近國際長途客運站。要是換車比較方便。

Мы молодожёны, выбрали максимальный по комфорту номер в этом отеле, из-за места рядом с морем, удобный для нас район. Бронирование было за два месяца. Плюсы - чисто, работает кондиционер, вид на море, завтрак в номер. Минусы - после ЗАГСа заехали на фотосессию в номер, долго не могли решить вопрос с парковкой нашей машины, оказывается нужно предупреждать заранее, благо, решили. Далее, попросили вазу для цветов, нам принесли пластиковое ведро. Дверь в номер открывается тяжело, поверх коврового покрытия на этаже лежит ковровая дорожка, я думаю у всех номеров такие проблемы, дверь задевает эту дорожку. Ванная маленькая, ты входишь и все, почти нет места, совсем. Вода горячая через бойлер, маленький, то есть один вымылся и второй ждёт, пока нагреется. В ванной не работает полотенцесушитель. Завтрак принесли с опозданием на 20 минут, хотя время оговорили заранее и мы за 10 минут еще сами напомнили администратору. Шум от проходящих поездов слышен. Пароль от wi-fi сразу не дали, пришлось просить. Завтрак, чашки с кофе обёрнуты пищевой плёнкой, первый раз такое вижу. Запах краски в номере, стойкий, его не перебивает даже запах трёх больших букетов из роз. Из кондиционера периодически доносятся утробные звуки, на ночь выключали его. И вишенка на торте, комплимент от отеля мы так и не получили, шампанское, цветы, конфеты, вообще ничего.
