Heaven on earth. that's what I would call this place, in Vlora on the hill of cold water. Positioned on the wonderful bay of Vlora, in front of the peninsula of Karaburun and the island of Sazan, in a geographical position established by God, exactly where the Adriatic sea separates from the Ionian sea. Gramozi the owner together with his family, Lupo the chef and the hotel staff have the hospitality and generosity for the customers to the maximum. The resort hotel is a true gem of elite tourism in Albania full of air, sun, mountain and sea together.

belle piscine. Un peu à l'écart du centre-ville donc plutôt calme. Par contre nous étions dans une chambre qui ne correspondait pas du tout aux photos: a priori partie plus ancienne de l'hôtel, c'était un peu vieillot et il y avait quelques zones moisies dans la salle de bains . Le petit déjeuner était moyen et la personne qui s'en occupait semblait débordée et n'était pas sympathique.

Очень классный отель, супер персонал, очень чисто, очень вкусно готовят в ресторане. Большая Терасса с отличным видом. Есть бассейн. Персонал поможет решить наверное любой вопрос . Есть бесплатная парковка. Всё очень удобно.

Sufrimos un accidente que nos impidió disfrutar de la estancia. Habíamos pagado con una tarifa que no admitía devolución en caso de cancelación, aún así cancelamos la estancia y pedimos al hotel la devolución de lo pagado. A pesar de que en booking figuraba el hotel completo no nos devolvieron la cantidad pagada. Me parece muy mal porque el hotel ha cobrado dos veces por la misma habitación. De nosotros que no la pudimos disfrutar y la de los nuevos clientes que se alojaron. Muy mal por el hotel

Abbiamo scelto di pranzare e cenare più volte in questo ristorante, è tutto fantastico! Il cibo di ottima qualità ed ad un prezzo adeguato, il servizio super gentile e presente, la vista mozzafiato. Non ha bisogno di altro per essere, a mio parere, uno dei ristoranti migliori di Valona.
