Positive first... With the exception of the young, friendly and very strained gentleman at the reception, nothing! I was the second time there, had good memories from the first time, had! We felt very well lifted. It was a private short trip in Plauen. The hotel is directly at the center and thereby the location is optimal. It is very comfortable to sleep and we used the top sauna. The restaurant is recommendable and therefore also the top breakfast. A hotel is well equipped, with deep garage. We have deliberately chosen a suite with a dreamful view of the night plain. A beautiful view to the Vogtland.

We were in Plauen for the first time and we chose the hotel. First of all, you can say that the atmosphere is a good one and you really feel back to the 20s. That has enthusiastically entered us. The reception was warm, friendly and nice, our room was wonderful and again you feel like ”Babylon Berlin”. That has really liked us. The colorfulness and the facilities in the entire hotel are impressive and fun. But now for dinner. We ordered a menu vegetarianly. We were told by the phone that this would not be a problem. Well, you could eat it but a highlight it was really not. The salad was still the best. The main court, seam noodles with 7 kilos of packed champignons and pre-supplies. I would have got that at home too. Unfortunately 0 points for that. The re-food: Red grey with vanilla supplies ....naja also probably a finished product. So overall of quality rather a bell. The restaurant staff gets the full score for it. Really nice, cozy and fun. Bed quality OK. Hotel level just. Not the best, not the worst. Our room had the windows to breakfast buffet page. During breakfast time (06:30 - 11:00) it is very noisy and the staff is rumbled and powered from 05:30 sounding to our ears. Breakfast offer: fully normal standard. Unfortunately, the breakfast area was well overfyld and you wait for a free place. At least at 8:30 we were so. So, the 4 points are only because (a) the staff convinced us and (b) the environment has fully hit our taste. The kitchen has distracted us and will no longer use them, we should visit plough again. So we have to make a clear balance of what is more important.

Very good hotel at the edge of the city of Zwickau. 10 minutes by car to the city centre. Very good breakfast and friendly staff. Rudy location when they are taken the comfort rooms that do not show to the street side. Ample parking facilities available. Full further recommendation.

This hotel is very centrally located for the city of Zwickau. Rooms are modern, bright, well-furnished and a good size. Our room overlooked the partly pedestrianised Kornmarkt which meant it was relatively quiet. The breakfast buffet provides a reasonable warm choice and also a good cold, fruit and pastry selection. Parking in the hotel’s section of a municipal car park was convenient. Service throughout was pleasant and helpful. We happily recommend this hotel.
