We had a 5-day family holiday during the holiday, I will write about my experiences in detail. I've stayed in much better and more expensive hotels than this hotel, and there are many employees who are this helpful, hard-working, polite and friendly. There are few places. - The beach of the hotel is very beautiful. The sea is always clean. There is a sandy beach and like Belek, there is a very long shallow sand in the sea, so although it is comfortable for adults like us, I noticed that families with children are especially very comfortable. - The rooms are nice. It's not luxury, but it's very good for its price. Big, spacious. The bed was also quite large and comfortable. Its design is modern. Air conditioning works fine. - There was plenty of fish every evening and it was delicious. The master bakers were great, what they made was delicious. He made a pastry every morning for breakfast, I've never had anything better. Oil-free, crispy. Lamb meat was also delicious. Now, unfortunately, I will share my bad experiences: - Let's start with the rooms, are most of the guests coming to the hotel in Cyprus British? Why is there only 1 Turkish socket in the entire room, but everywhere is full of English style sockets? You cannot charge phones for 2 people at the same time and the only Turkish type socket is under the TV, there is no suitable socket at the bedside! - Let's continue with the cleaning. First of all, the sink in the room was clogged and the bathroom was not cleaned well. Plates could come out dirty in the restaurant, I always found my plate in a few tries. - Internet is free, but DISASTER! I didn't try it from a single device, there were 4 of us and we all tried it separately. There is no internet connection neither in the room, nor by the pool, nor in the dining hall, nor on the beach. It does, but after 2 minutes it disconnects, you try to connect again, use it for 1 minute, and it disconnects again. But constantly. We got fed up and turned off the phones, it's nothing to deal with. A lot of people use it, so don't worry, we went to the beach at 6 in the morning, it's the same, we went to the restaurant at 6.30, it's the same again. It's always a problem when no one uses it! The year is 2022, we raised our arms in the air like an old-style TV antenna and searched for wireless internet, it is not going to happen. The internet was only working very well in the lobby, which is probably why those who had work, including me, were always working there instead of working in the room. I wish he had gotten extra money so we wouldn't have to go through this nonsense. What's funnier is that we connected to the wireless internet of the Limak hotel next door at the beach most of the time. - The hotel is listed as all inclusive. All alcohols are available. If you want, buy and finish 1 bottle of whiskey every hour. Eat as much of the food as you want. Cans of coke, beers, gin, wine. Consume whatever comes to your mind and as much as you want. Nobody wants money. But during our 5-day holiday, we drank only 1 glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, they asked for an extra 40 TL. Nonsense! I wish you would have said there was no fresh orange juice so you wouldn't have made this shame. - Let me tell you about the food. The veal was very bad. It was either too hard or too tasteless. The food absorbed a lot of oil when fried in oil. I think the oil is added to frozen foods when they are cold. I noticed plates and plates of food taken and left on the tables, a lot of food is thrown away, this makes me very sad. There are many kinds of food, that's true. I wish there was less variety, but a little more care had been taken.. We couldn't drink good Turkish coffee once in 5 days.. There is no machine, they make it by hand.. I think the employees were told to pour less coffee, I tried it in different bars, always the same disappoin**ent.. Turkish coffee is a disaster.. Which is Cyprus' It has its own very good coffees.. - There were many people taking food with their hands in the cafeteria. When we saw these, there were dishes that we did not want to take and that we could not eat. Actually, the solution is very easy. Give much less food. There are already plenty of cooks working. You can get these friends to serve food and distribute the food in a clean way. Also... This is a service that is already implemented in other all-inclusive hotels at this price level, it is not new..

Otelin personeli çok güleryüzlü ve samimiydi. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Özellikle animasyon ekibi çok eğlenceli ve cana yakındı. Beyza ile yoga çok keyifliydi. Animasyon ekibinin gece düzenlediği Dj performanslar çok eğlenceliydi. Animasyon ekibinden herkese tek tek teşekkür ederiz

Çok otelde kaldık ama, burası herseyiyle çok çok iyiydi. Yemekler, içecekler,konforu, personel, sahil hepsi mükemmel. Havuzlar çok temiz. Özellikle Aslan beye güler yüzünden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim...............................tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyorum

Otelin ön bürosundan misafir ilişkilerine tutun bar personeline kadar inanılmaz güler yüzlü ilgili bir ekibe sahip bir işle**e. Bar kaptanı Hasan bey’in mükemmel kokteyllerini denemenizi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Misafir ilişkileri Barış bey , Gökhan bey, Naz hanım ve Alican bey her an otel olanakları konusunda her saniye yardımcı olabilecek kadar profesyonel bir ekip olmuşlar. Ön büroda Doğu bey, Harun bey ve Kadir bey oda sorunlarınız hakkında her zaman çözüm odaklılar. Biz iş dolayısıyla uzun bir müddet kaldık ilk deneyimimizde bundan sonra hep karşılaşacağız gibi görünüyor. Tatil içinde artık tercihim sanırım :)

Merhabalar, butun bir seyehat cok keyifliydi. Otel temiz, hijyenikti. Animasyon ekibi cok basariliydi. Aslan bey butun bir tatil boyunca olsukca ilgiliydi ve yuzumuzu hep guldurdu. Bir tatilde gulumsemekten ve dinlenmekten baska ne istenir.

Her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Sahil ve deniz çok güzel ve temizdi. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Odalar çok güzel ve temizdi. Otelin mimarisi yeşilliği ağaçları çok güzel iç açıcı. Sabahları Beyza ile yoga yapmak çok keyifliydi. Animasyon ekibi çok ilgili ve eğlenceliydi. Aktiviteleri güzeldi. Hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum her şey için emeklerine sağlık

Mayısta 4 günlük konakladım. Genrl olarak çok beğenmekle birlikte bikaç eksiği vardı. Yemekleri fena değil 8/10 diyebilirim. Animasyon 10/10 çalışanların ilgi alakası çok iyiydi. Sadece oda temizleme hizmetlerini ve odalarını beğenmedim. Banyoda eksiklikler oluyordu ve sorun çözümü oldukça yavaş. İçecek servisleri biraz daha hızlanırsa daha güzel olur içeceklerde sıra bekleniyordu.
