The hotel and all amenities are outstanding. They had our room key waiting for us when we arrived. Check in took about 30 seconds! Cocktails were first rate!! Staff is very professional and friendly. We’ll stay here again.

Excellent location in Volos: a short walk to all the restaurants and cafes on the waterfront, yet convenient for a peaceful stay away from the city centre thoroughfare. Will be returning again!

This hotel is SOO OLD, dirty,bathroom is disgusting, took a showet with flip flops on,towels were yellow not white.
Paid $ 400 for maybe 2 star hotel.
Dont get fooled by the picture and dont stay there

We were guests during the flood in Volos and stayed isolated in the Hotel for 4 days. The staff was outstanding going well beyond their regular duties to make every guest comfortable. I will definitely return.

Hôtel très bien situé avec des chambres calmes et insonorisées avec terrasse qui donne sur la mer. Bon restaurant, bon petit déjeuner. Si vous continuez après l'hôtel il y a des plages avec plein de petits restaurants/bars, beaucoup plus sympas que devant l'embarcadère. Excellent choix pour rester à Volos ou de passage sur le chemin des Sporades.

I rarely criticize a hotel on my day of arrival but the manager was exceedingly rude. I have been leading tours to Greece for 25 years. This was my first time to the Domitel. There obviously was a mix up because our rooms were not ready. We were a group of 20. Understandable. They were quite busy and somewhere along the way someone did not alert the hotel of the time of our arrival. Mixups do happen. I wanted to find out what went wrong. Rather than responding to me, the manager was rude and sexist. Completely unacceptable. He obviously lacks people skills and is in the wrong position. I certainly will reconsider ever bringing a group there again.
