Best vacation lodging I have ever had. Absolutely spotless upon arrival. Parking lots, grounds, garage, and condo were very clean.Easiest check in with no running here or there. Everything was provided ahead of time including gate and door codes. Parking pass, pool bracelets, garage and gate opener were exactly where it was supposed to be. Plenty of towels and linens. More than enough beach towels provided. Closet full of beach equipment for adults and kids. You only need to bring your clothes and food. There were both a traditional and k-cup coffee machine. Beautiful view, quiet beyond belief. Pool was perfect for adults and kids. Plenty of tables, chairs and chaise longes for everyone. Host was in touch and answered any questions promptly. Great dining recommendations. Slight walk to beach, but wagon made it easy. Beach was clean and well maintained. This truly was the most relaxing vacation I have had. Condo was spacious and we had a group of 4 adults and a child. We never felt cramped or crowded. Condo's photos do not do it justice. Already planning to come back next year and getting this unit again. Highly recommend this rental.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.Location was ideal - close to the beach. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from booking to checkout. Highly recommend! Would definitely book again.

easy access to the beach within walking distance. Bonus to have unit on the 2nd flr with easy access to sun deck, fitness center, pool and garage. Owners easily accessible if an issue comes up and respond quickly. Condo makes you feel at home. Thanks

Perfect for the 4th of July!!!
Dawn was a great host she let us know everything we needed to know prior to our stay. The condo had a great location to the pool and was in a perfect part of the beach without cars. I would highly recommend this unit and Dawn!!!!

NSB Anniversary Weekend
Beautiful furnished spacious condo with a fully stocked kitchen and every amenity you can think of. This is the cleanest, immaculate condo we have ever rented through VRBO. Dawn was fantastic to work with and is very responsive. Great stay for a weekend. Sorry we couldn’t stay longer. We will certainly rent again!

Bedrooms are primary King bed and secondary has a new queen bed and new twin bed. Also includes a queen blowup.Oceanwalk Condominiums are situated at the quiet end of NSB. Smaller dogs only and add pet fee at booking. Ask if more than 1 dog, fee is per dog. This unit offers all the amenities of home! The almost 1400 sq foot oasis faces the ocean, so you get a peek of the ocean from the large balcony off the living room and can also view the ocean from the main bedroom. Bedroom includes access to the patio as well. Unwind on the balcony with your favorite glass of wine or beverage. This 2nd floor corner unit is situated in the front of the community and offers a nicely furnished large living area with a spacious kitchen, a full laundry room, large main bedroom with a luxurious attached bathroom which includes a jetted tub separate from the standup shower. There is also a large front bedroom with 1 queen and 1 twin plus an area with a desk for office work (private video conf. calls) or school usage. Second bathroom is situated right next to this bedroom-full bathroom with tub/shower etc. Brand new Smart TV's in all the rooms with high speed internet hooked up for streaming your favorite channels/shows, or for getting any left-over work completed. This condo rental includes secured covered garage parking for 1 car along with pool passes-2 resort pools, rec. center, sauna, and gym access (includes tennis courts, shuffle board, & basketball.) Steps to pool and resort right outside unit’s front door off sundeck. It’s a short walk to the beach along the sidewalk with a dedicated beach boardwalk across the street. There is also a beautiful nature path along the entire community to view the nature preserve that runs along the back of the community. If renting during rocket launch schedules-incredible views of the launches from the balcony. Canaveral Seashore only a few minutes away. Community is only a short 5-minute drive to Flagler Avenue to enjoy all the extensive shops, bars, and restaurants that New Smyrna Beach offers. Beach gear available as well.
