Polite staff only at the reception. The room was dirty, even when we asked them to clean it they just mopped and did nothing else. The breakfast was below average and the place was full of spiders. The staff at the pool bar were at a loss, but we were ordering and others were brought to us. The refrigerator in the room was not working. I would not recommend it for any reason.

Parfait.. idéalement placé entre mer et ville, tout peut se faire à pied. Dispose d une très belle et spacieuse piscine privée. Petits déjeuners copieux . Possibilité de déjeuner et de dîner sur place. Personnel à l écoute et fort sympathique.

Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast.

It's okay... Ish. Myself and my colleague stayed for three weeks wifi is complete trash through slow and unreliable the room service is okay but don't expect anything glamorous, one week would be okay two weeks stay would be pushing it though

We came for a family holiday but it turned out to be a stay with no hot water especially after 5pm and bad experience. With a girl of 2 years of age impossible to have a normal hygiene! Reception stuff(Milica) was so rude! Furniture out of date and not maintained at all! We contacted the hotel first on phone and then e-mail. In the first mail it was written to pay deposit of 30%, then the second one said 50% deposit… It was the red lamp but I didn’t catch it honestly! I asked on the phone for a room with a large double bed, because our child sleeps between us, so I was really surprised when we saw room with 2 single beds! Then we had another long story with the reception stuff to change the room… so finally they somehow did change it! And it’s not all! One night there was rain and in the room too - through the TV hanger it was pouring water inside the room!!! Breakfast was bad. Only the bread and feta cheese were real… I hope! If we’re not with a little child we would left to another place!

Nothing to do with the photos, you pay for a hotel and they put you in a building like rooms for rent, without an elevator and without any help with things. Average cleanliness. The breakfast is terrible. It's not worth the money they're asking for. Neither the internet nor the TV could catch it. Kindness 0.
