Check in rapido e personale molto disponibile. Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel dopo una lunga giornata di trekking ed era tutto buonissimo!
La camera è moderna e pulita. Il letto molto comodo.
L’hotel si trova in una posizione strategica se si vogliono visitare i fiordi nord est arrivando/procedendo verso il lago Myvatn.

I’m giving this place a one start bc I can’t go any lower. Poor costumer service, unkept facilities, but what surprised me the most is when the owner Gísli said “we don’t need any tourist business” when I asked if he could sell me a cup coffee to go. Tourist business...make your decision accordingly 🤷🏽♀️ and he dared to say this with a completely empty parking lot 🤔

L’ospitalità qui non è affatto di casa. Prima ancora di toglierci le giacche e appoggiare gli zaini dopo una giornata piena di trekking , hanno preteso subito il pagamento e visto che eravamo un gruppo di persone siamo rimasti stipati all’ingresso fino a quando il proprietario non ha finito le sue pratiche burocratiche. Ad ogni piccola domanda risposte fredde e ovviamente negative. A colazione siamo stati tutto il tempo osservati da una signora per paura che portassimo via chissà che cosa….sembrava davvero un secondino all’interno di un carcere. Senza parlare di tutti gli animali morti e imbalsamati esposti in sala da pranzo….!! Pessima esperienza. Se riuscite a trovare altro ( impresa purtroppo un po’ ardua visto il piccolo paesino) ne avrete beneficio!
