Επισκεφτήκαμε το εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο 26/6/2023. Αρχικά μας είχαν ενημερώσει τηλεφωνικά πως κράτηση για μία διανυκτέρευση δεν ήταν εφικτή. Παρόλα αυτά δεχτήκανε το αίτημά μας και η εμπειρία μας στο ξενοδοχείο θα έμενε αξέχαστη Κατά την άφιξη, μας έγινε upgrade από Superior σε Maisonette room. Από που να ξεκινήσω, από τη τοποθεσία (πρόποδες της Στρογγούλας στη κορυφή των Τζουμέρκων), το δωμάτιο, τη καθαριότητα, τη διακόσμηση, το πρωινό, όλα αυτά που χαρακτηρίζουν ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων. Το μόνο που ίσως χρήζει βελτίωσης είναι η πιατέλα που συνοδεύεται με την φιάλη κρασιού (μεγάλη ποικιλία κρασιών) στο χώρο του καφέ. Δικαίως συγκαταλέγεται ανάμεσα στα 25 καλύτερα μικρά ξενοδοχεία της Ελλάδας

Simply perfect. From the kind and attentive staff to the gourmet approach of the hotel to all it's meals. Fresh, localy sourced ingridients and cooks with a rare appreciation of their qualities. The owners come from a long line of hoteliers and have instilled their ethos into every corner of their hotel and the heart of their staff. I'm, almost, kicking myself for writting this review but I haven't felt so welcome, with this deep and true way us greeks call "filoxenia", the befriending of the stranger, the traveller if you wish; and a traveller you MUST be to come here and be able to receive all this goodness, richness and emotions from both people and the surroundings. No "tourist" will ever understand the true qualities this hotel, it's people and this corner of Greece have to offer. Thank you Sofia, Spyro, Giorgo, Soula, Apostoli, Thano,mrs Koula, Vassilis, Vageli and everyone at Orizontes for making me feel that exceptional feeling of true greek filoxenia!

Η διαμονή στο ξενοδοχείο ήταν την εβδομάδα μετά το Πάσχα (Απρίλιος 2023). Παρότι ήταν πλήρες από κρατήσεις, το μέρος παρέμενε ησυχαστήριο. Οι χώροι έχουν υπέροχη διακόσμηση που διατηρεί το παραδοσιακό στοιχείο αλλά με σημερινή ματιά. Εξαιρετική αισθητική σε όλους τους χώρους. Το κτίριο είναι τόσο όμορφα εναρμονισμένο με το τοπίο! Ο χώρος του καφέ και του εστιατορίου, με την υπέροχη τζαμαρία σου δίνουν την αίσθηση ότι θα απλώσεις το χέρι σου και θα πιάσεις το βουνό. Ειδικά όταν πιάνει η βροχή και κατεβαίνει χαμηλά η ομίχλη το σκηνικό είναι παραμυθένιο. Πολύ καλό πρωινό, με έμφαση στα τοπικά προϊόντα και πολύ καλό το φαγητό στο εστιατόριο!! Η εξυπηρέτηση σε όλα εξαιρετική!! Αξίζει να επισκεφθεί κανείς και το spa για να έχει τη συνολική εμπειρία της επίσκεψης. Είναι από τα μέρη που επισκέπτεσαι ξανά!!

It is a very nice, silky-smooth restaurant and cafe. The view is fantastic and the drinks and sweets are very nice. Nice atmosphere and decorations, and it gives a consistent sense of luxury, although you don't expect it at the wild Tzumerka region. We didn't try the food here

Lovely 5-star hotel. We wish we could spend more days there. The atmosphere is relaxing and we had a nice hike in the surrounding area. The landscape is amazing. We highly recommend you visit this place during the low season if you are looking for a quiet place in nature! If you are practising yoga the ground floor balconies are big enough to practice yoga comfortably. We highly recommend this small 5-star hotel and we will visit it again! Thank you for your hospitality!

The 5 stars hotel totally deserves them. Butiffuly located and a great base for day trips in Tzumerka.
Large rooms, wonderful sitting area, and great view. very helpful personnel with all matters from check-in to food service to find lost items that we didn't know we lost them.

The mountains view from the room balcony and from the hotel lobby is stunning.
