I Apologise if I have left anyone out but everyone has been fantastic and we can't thank you enough. The cleanliness of this hotel is superb and the rooms are spotless with beautiful decor and very stylish furnishings with ambient surroundings. Breakfast is ideal with plenty of choices for everyone. Various breads,cereals, juices, yogurt , a wide selection of fresh fruit, cheeses, meats and small pies & pastries. The Hotel is located in a quiet street that Is lined with spectacular trees. It is situated in a very nice area and just a short walk you are in the middle of . Chalandri. Very close to Restaurants you are spoilt for choice to sample really nice food. Also there is a supermarket is close by. We were so pleased to have chosen this Hotel and would definitely return if we visit Athens again. I have no hesitation in recommending this Hotel to all our friends and family. You are very unique! As big thank you to all.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel, for me at the verge of being a 4 star one. Very good service and attentive personnel. Rooms are small but cozy and sufficient. Nobody stays in for long, just sleeping. At cooler days you may walk to kifisia shopping district or pay 6 euro for a taxi. Breakfast is good and despite a limited number of rooms, it was still pretty good. Not sure if you can ask for omelette or the like. Overall, i will go again for sure👍😁

This hotel is in the Kifissia area of northern Athens, surrounded by the rich area of Athens, the living facilities are more convenient, the supermarket is downstairs, and the hotel is 50 meters around, but the taste is average for the Chinese. Hotel facilities are the domestic express hotel grade. If the budget is limited and the luxury is not pursued, this hotel is still good, and the basic supplies are available. Foreign hotels do not have toothpaste and toothbrushes, and prepare them when you come. The hotel staff is not bad, can't say enthusiasm, but you open your mouth, still willing to help you, English communication is no problem. Don't come here if you don't have money, it's a bit far from the airport.

The Semiramis was such a wonderful surprise! I've been to Athens many times, but brought my friend this time, who's never been. My friend's one requirement was a great pool area, so after searching all of the Marriott properties in the Athens area, I ended up selecting this one. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, this hotel proved to be excellent. The Semiramis is an unusual and eclectic hotel, but manages to feel high-end and stylish. If you stay here, you have to love pink! The incredible pool area was the highlight. There are so many places to lie out and plenty of opportunity to get sun or shade. William, the server, was absolutely amazing! He couldn't do enough for us and he was so sweet! We still talk about him and miss his kindness. There is also a great fitness center. It was surprisingly well-equipped for a hotel of this smaller size. Breakfast was included in my rate, but this was the only disappointment. The food was not very appetizing and there wasn't a varied selection. But breakfast was brightened up by the amazing William! Reception staff were all so kind and helpful. The rooms are fun and super comfortable. My room was immaculately clean and the cleaning lady was so lovely! The small balcony in even the basic room was very welcome. I really appreciated the wine and welcome note left for me by management. This hotel is located in Kifissia, which itself is a cute area to shop and eat. We went into Athens each night for dinner and it was a cheap and easy 20 minute Uber ride. This hotel is a great and affordable option for people who want to visit Athens, but not pay the exorbitant costs of the city hotels in the summer. I absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely be back.

The location proved to be quite convenient, offering easy access to both business hubs and leisure attractions. The proximity to major business centers made my work-related commutes hassle-free, allowing me to focus on my professional obligations without the stress of navigating through the city's traffic. Additionally, the hotel's amenities and services catered perfectly to my business needs, providing a conducive environment for productivity. What sets the accommodation apart is its ability to seamlessly blend business with leisure, making it an ideal choice for ”bleisure” travelers like myself. After a long day of meetings, I was able to unwind and explore the city's cultural landmarks, thanks to the hotel's central location. Whether it was enjoying a leisurely stroll through nearby parks or experiencing the vibrant local cuisine, Athens Downtown Residences served as the perfect home base for my dual-purpose trip.

Stayed for 5 nights, the location is perfect as there is a metro station right outside the hotel, which will take you to most of the major tourist sites. The hop on hop off bus stops right outside the hotel also, so if you are a tourist it's easy to get around from the hotel. As four ladies alone, we felt very safe and would get taxi's to and from hotel to go out in the evenings, which the helpful staff are happy to book for you. The breakfast is brilliant with lots of choices so you never get bored. We stayed in a standard room which was small but perfectly formed, with lovely decor and all the amenities you will need. The best thing about this hotel is the amazing rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Our taxi driver from the airport told us it was amazing and many locals will go there particularly at the weekends. Staff are so friendly especially Denisa our lovely waitress, food and drinks are varied and very nice. I would stay here again if I'm coming to Athens.

#Praise# for the room lighting, mosquito control measures, room size, cost-effective, location, security satisfaction; the room is very clean, the stay is very convenient, the lighting is very good, very close to the Acropolis, the reception brother is very handsome, the service is very thoughtful, really good, next time I come to continue to live here.

We recently spent 3 nights at the Athens Life hotel. It is about a 30 min drive from central Athens and there are plenty of parking spaces right outside the hotel. We were given a warm welcome at Reception and our bags were taken to our room. The welcome note and marzipan were a lovely touch. Our room on the 3rd floor was large, clean and very well equipped. We found the low bed and surrounding ledge quite difficult to get in and out of, so do be mindful of this if you have a bad back etc. Some of the furniture/decor is a little tired, but it didn’t take anything away from our stay, especially given the reasonable price of the room. The air conditioning and WiFi were excellent. Our favourite part of the room was the balcony with stunning views over the mountains. We could have sat on it all day! We had a meal and cocktail in the restaurant, plus room service a couple of times and the food and service was fantastic. The hotel is incredibly peaceful and serene and definitely the place if you want to unwind. We barely saw any other guests our entire stay! A very enjoyable stay!

The room is large, about 100 square meters, and you can cook and eat. Because I was not familiar with it at first, I took a lot of unnecessary steps before I found the supermarket. After getting familiar with it, I discovered that there are several supermarkets within 5 minutes, some big and some small. Just not open on Sundays. It is very convenient to take a taxi to the city center, the beach or Piraeus Port, and the most expensive taxi fare is only 10 euros. The boss was super nice and gave us baskets of fresh oranges for juice. Highly recommended.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, new, modern, delicious breakfast. For those looking for a relaxing holiday. There is little entertainment. It would be more fun if there was music by the pool. Nevertheless, I really liked it, depending on what one expects from the hotel. There is no special entertainment around
