The property is marvelous with all types of amenities and facilities available! the staff were the best - polite, professional and committed to their work! my family really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend orchid residency for the rooms and quality they provide !

Orchid residency was a very cool, pleasant stay. Food at satvik restaurant was delicious, room service and. Behaviour of staff was very nice, cleanliness, spacious room were marvelous

The hotel was okay not very nice as per the reviews. 1. Reception staff were not very welcoming and cordial. 2. Towels were not available and i have to ask for it. 3. Tv was not working. 4. Ac remote was not available and when asked they could not bring one. 5. Cupboard had no hangers etc to hang etc and one of the rods was broken. 6. Room walls were dirty and had black marks
7. Towels bedsheet etc looked very old and unclean. 8. The duvet was without any cover.

Only one lift waiting time of almost 15 min, delay in room service. Cable tv not working, internet not working and charges were high.

Bathroom and rooms are js not clean. Very poor service including reception. Very casual approach. Need better ***agement to run this hotel. Location and car paring is good. Beautiful gardening inside the premises. Unfortunately accommodation is not maintained upto the hotel standard. Very sorry. Radley radhey.

Hare krishna orchid is a really nice budget stay option however the newer wing doesn’t seem to keep up the standards. They have renovated the rooms but poor room service. Bad oil for preparing food and not upto the mark house keeping doesn’t justify the price. Overall the old hare krishna orchid was much simpler and better option in all aspects. One could avoid if other options available.
