Rajeshwari Atithi Bhawan

We, a group of 15 unlucky persons occupied the hotel from 15/11/22 to 22/11/22. My and wife occupied room 306 in 2nd floor. The geyser in the bathroom was not working, the closet was not cleaned, lights 2 nos not working... After complaining they given another room 201 1st floor. There also bathroom lights not working, the room is not properly cleaned. After raising complaints they called an electrician and the light issue rectified. The next day 16th they shifted us to room 305 in 2nd floor again; there also the cleaning not done properly including changing the bed sheet, rusty taps, shaky closet cover, shaky wash basin tap and drain. Also they fitted shower head. After several request the staff cleaned the room only 2 time, one time bathroom cleaned, 2 time waste removal, 1 tme bed sheet removal between 15 to 22/11/... I ahave travelled inside and outside india several time, stayed in various hotels. But this is the 1st cruel experience, I have never faced ... Mukundankutty AG 8848310249
