Excellent location... Nice hotel.. service was very slow especially at the restaurant and in room food service. Hotel had warmth of being in Vrindavan..not very fancy but vibe was soothing.

Terrible / worst & very un hygienic food& very poor service & in a bonus very rude & unprofessional behaviour of reception staff specially! If someone plan with family never stay here also in anand castle same group also . So ***y good hotels & ashram in vrundavan! Overall very bad experience!!

The cars were stopped 3kms from the hotel and apparently the cars are not allowed to the hotel till 9pm.We had to walk to get to the hotel as autos also refused to come.We left the luggage in the car and walked .When asked the reception about it that guy was so rude and he expected even out of town travellers to know about the no car entry rule .The rooms are ok , definitely not 3 stars I would give it one star .Very bad indeed.

We had a party of 40 people, rooms not very nice, hot water very slow, toilet needs attention. I appeal to the owners, to use their profits to upgrade all the rooms and allow the place to give ' anand' pleasure, happiness to all who stay there.
