Brilliant location right in the middle of Vrindavan, enjoyed our stay even though it was short. The room was spacious.great costumer service. It was our pleasure staying and having such a good time with all best West team staff were very polite and humble

The staff is amazing and they treat you like family. This is the best place to stay in vrindavan. Food and rooms are very good. I stay here every-time I come to Vrindavan. 10/10 recommended to anyone planning to visit this divine and beautiful place.

Excellent stay with very comfortable experience and a great staff. We had a great experience and received good hospitality from sahaya ji. Will surely visit again . Food is also very delicious and fresh. Staff is also very corporative. Thanyou

Property location was fine and it's near to all main temple's. Breakfast was good in taste but restaurant is too small in size and conjusted. Amenities and services are good. Overall good experience but few things like front desk and restaurant area is too small. If in the same time 3 families are performed check-in or check out their was not space left in reception area.

Though google maps might trick you in navigating to the hotel but as soon as you reach best western, you will start liking it already. Good parking facility, good and humble staff are some of the positives (there are ***y more, such as breakfast, food quality and taste, rooms. Enjoyed my stay a lot.
