I love the resort, nice staff, decent rooms, enough parking space. Specifically, we all (group) love the satwaik food!! Only negative was the food on call (room service), staff was trying to sell their buffet instead of à la carte. Still, I would like to stay at your place again!!

Poor service by hotel staff, not received calls, geyser and fans are not working condition, full waste of money. If you order something, it is not necessary that the hotel staff will take it seriously. You may have to clean the room yourself as the hotel staff doesn't care, and we had to wait five hours a day for water in the bathroom.

Room service is very slow it takes them 2 to 3 hours to give things like tea cups, towels, water etc. Even after giving repeated calls no response from them. Room service is very slow
