4 TV stations Date room Acceptable service nothing more! The owner's Porsche in front of the entrance seems to be the piece de resistance. I asked for a phone adapter with no response Good location but not worth it at all! The valet left his cigarette when he saw that I took the suitcase cart and finally offered help….

My friends and I love to travel and this time we decided to go to Serbia. Visit not only Belgrade but also the regions of Serbia. We chose the small town of Vrnjacka Banja and the Fontana Hotel. The hotel is located very well. In the very center where you can stroll along the main street with many cafes and shops and also stroll through a large park. But... the hotel itself “surprised”. The reception desk was reluctantly accommodated by leisurely employees. The rooms are good and clean. The restaurant is open for breakfast only. Of course, there is a cafe next to the reception with a limited menu. But... it is very strange that Serbia has not adopted a law banning smoking indoors. Everyone smokes a lot. At a banquet on the occasion of the New Year, we (7 people) were seated with complete strangers. Although we booked separately and in a non-smoking area. And then we were so smoked that we had to retire to our room and celebrate the New Year on the terrace with fresh air. They also smoke in cafes and restaurants. Tourists who plan to travel to Serbia have the right to know this. But in general the town is very beautiful and cozy.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. The pool and spa area were delightful, and I treated myself to a facial and massage, both of which were exceptional. Nevena, the therapist, was truly amazing.

Very good and clean hotel, with fantastic offer for breakfast. You have to be very concentrated to not eat to much, because everything look so nice and they offer crazy number of different types of food. But they stay in Serbian and regional cuisine, what is very important because our region from Vardar to Trigalav have amazing food and our quality of food is on much higher level than half of European offer. Nice morning music, helpful and very polite staff. Place where I will come back for sure next time. Also restaurant in hotel lobby is very good with very good foods and only what is missing in offer of local beers. Drink some Hollands and Italian beers in Vrnjačka Banja with fantastic Serbian beers offers….

Cet hôtel est situé juste en bordure du parc. Ses installations "spa" sont remarquables : 3 saunas, un hammam, une salle de sel. Il dispose d'un parking. La wifi fonctionne très bien. Lle buffet du petit déjeuner est très bien garni et varié. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de régler la température de la chambre, alors que dans les autres hôtels en Serbie, nous avons été contraints d'ouvrir la fenêtre, tant la chambre été surchauffée.

We had a 3 day visit with out 4-year-old son and it amazing stay. Hotel is located in the centre of Vrnjacka banja right next to the pedestrian area and main street. The hotel staff is great and helpful, room was clean and comfortable and food was really tasty and various. There was a kids playroom where you could leave your child and animators where great with kids, pool area was also very nice with different pools and spa area.

Excellent service and amenities. We stayed with 3 kids and booked one of the apartments. The wellness and the swimming pool area were clean and well taken care off. The receptionists were always ready to help and organize any needed transportation. A visit to the nearby zoo was free for the hotel guests. We would certainly come again.
