Therasia Resort Sea and Spa - the Leading Hotels of the World

Die war unser letztes Hotel auf den Äolischen Inseln. Wir waren dort für zwei Tage. Das Hotel ist natürlich zu den anderen Hotels der Inseln ganz anders. Ein echtes Luxushotel. Der Abhol / Shuttle Service von Hafen und der Pendelservice in die Stadt sind perfekt geregelt. Die Begrüßung im Hotel mit Getränk auf der Terrasse waren sehr gut. Super nette Angestellte. Das Hotel ist extrem sauber. Die Zimmer genauso. Die Größe des Comfortzimmers mit Terrasse zum Meer war ausreichend. Das Bett super bequem. Die Minibar INCL. Die Poollandschaft einzigartig auf den Äolischen Inseln. Der Spa sehr schön. Im Zimmer gab es einen abendlichen Turn down Service mit frischem Wasser am Bett und einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit. Das Frühstück war herausragend. Sehr Hochwertige Produkte mit toller Präsentation. Super netter Service der angestellten, wobei manchmal weniger Service mehr wäre😉 Das Wasser zb kann ich mir ruhig selber einschenken. Das Essen im Restaurant und die Cocktails an der Bar am Pool waren ausgezeichnet. Wobei teilweise die Preise schon sehr sportlich waren. Ein paar Pommes als Beilage für 12 Euro hatte ich selbst im Burj Al Arab in Dubai nicht. Im ganzen war es aber ein ganz tolles Erlebnis. Das einzige was gestört hat war die Abreise bereits nach 2 Tagen. Ach so. Der Stil des Hotels mit Handgefertigten Fliesen und rustikaler Putztechnik incl der Farbgebung der Lobby ist wahrscheinlich nicht jedermanns Geschmack

I have asked myself several times what made this location unique. Yes, the hotel is beautiful, well set in the area, good rooms, good food, good services... blah blah... After some reflection I came to the conclusion as per the title of the review. In fact there are thousands of hotels on the sea... perhaps many are beautiful... but seeing only the water, the waves, perhaps a sunset or a sunrise... makes everything very monotonous and not very fascinating. Here it's different. The position to the north allows a fantastic view of the strait that divides the island of Vulcano from Lipari (the so-called and feared by navigators Bocche di Vulcano), still to the north you can glimpse the wooded island of Salina, to the north west they are in a well positioned visible the stacks of Lipari, to the north east Panarea and "Iddu" (Stromboli) oh I forgot to the west... Alicudi and Filicudi set in a sunset that every time turns out better than a Flemish painting! Just for these emotions at the sight... it's worth the trip! not to mention the colors, the smells coming from the sea and the surrounding wild nature. For the rest, as already mentioned previously, the location is worth the trip and also the expense :) Of course there are many types of rooms that can make the experience very different. I recommend the upper rooms with terrace and north-northwest exposure. The rooms are well structured and nothing is missing. In my opinion, only the bathrooms are a little basic or dated (cladding, bathroom fixtures, taps and doors) but let's talk about details, because in essence they are ok. The breakfast is always excellent, I would say almost spectacular. This year I noticed some flaws: - in the services and at the reception (a lot of staff, perhaps too much, many juniors who were also willing but perhaps lacking a little bit of malice and experience) - in the catering, especially the informal one by the pool, I noticed a change of management which made the experience not as comfortable and caring as in the past. Let's talk about details... the substance doesn't change... for me top rating... one of the rare places where I have the pleasure of criticizing but in the end the emotional experience has the upper hand. There are very few fields dedicated to the review to express my very positive experience: lots of lights and very few shadows! What makes Therasia remarkable is the wonderful team that has a single mission: customer care.

All perfect. Polite staff, always available. Spa full of services and excellent breakfast, from sweet to savory. Room always clean and stocked with everything you need. Well-kept exteriors with lots of greenery around.

A magical place where you can enjoy excellent service and absolutely beautiful natural photographs. The staff is very professional and attentive to customer needs. Satisfied with everything I don't find a problem with anything.

Love at first sight! Anyone who goes to Therasia for the first time cannot help but return for a thousand more... I have been going there for 6 consecutive years when I have holidays and I will continue to go there because I really enjoy it, the relaxation and kindness of the staff makes us feel at home! I adore!! to next year!

Our holiday lived up to expectations and for this I must thank all the resort staff and the director who honored us with an upgrade. The location is breathtaking, the breakfast amazing, the receptionists very kind. I recommend Therasia as a gift to give yourself at least once in your life. I will definitely come back again!
