They provide me a random room. I booked and paid for one bedroom with a good view. And Got very bad two bed room room with view on construction buildings. And they refuse to change. Cause with trip.com they assign to a random room. Exactly what not I wanted. No soap no anything

The room was comfortable and close to shops and tourist attractions.
It was within walking distance, but the check-out was very slow and I wasn't impressed.
