The place looks really nice, both outside and inside. Our room smelled good, but it wasn’t very clean. The walls had a lot of mold, and the floor was dusty. The host was incredibly kind and always available. When we arrived, we had to mention that the sheets and towels were so stained that we couldn’t use them. Even though it was 7 p.m., a very sweet lady came to replace everything after just ten minutes. The kettle for tea and herbal drinks was full of mold, so we couldn’t use it. They do provide small bottles of shower gel and shampoo, as well as toothpaste and a toothbrush. There’s a rooftop and a garden as common areas, and we really enjoyed both. The best part was the self check-in. Before we arrived, the host contacted us on WhatsApp and sent us all the instructions, so it was very easy. The location is great — close to the beach, in a quiet and well-kept residential neighborhood.

When I contacted them by email the day before check-in, they replied that they hadn't received my reservation. Even when I explained that I had booked through trip.com, they never replied again. The phone number listed on trip.com wasn't registered on WhatsApp, so I looked for their WhatsApp contact information and sent them a message, but there was no reply. I called via WhatsApp three hours before check-in and was able to get through to a representative. They didn't send me a passcode three hours before check-in. I was told that the passcode would be sent just before I arrived at the property. I contacted them again five minutes before I arrived at the property, and they did send me the passcode. It takes time and effort to get through to a representative, and it's difficult to check in unless you're constantly online. The room smelled moldy. There was a loud noise when opening and closing the door.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 days. The hotel is in a convenient location, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the statue of Christ. A spacious room with a panoramic window and a nice balcony. A wardrobe with hangers, a washbasin and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. A large bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, 2 bottles of water. I really liked the contactless check-in system. According to the instructions that are sent to WhatsApp. Entrance to the hotel territory is only by code. Also, via WhatsApp we communicated with the owner of the hotel to resolve minor issues. Everything was quick and clear. The only thing we missed was a table with chairs on the balcony. Otherwise, everything was pretty good.
