The hotel changed ownership and moved to a different location, but they still opened the app to accept bookings as usual. When I booked a room, I set it to "cancellable," but upon arrival, they said the location had changed owners and told me to call Trip to get instructions on how to cancel. Finally, after calling back and forth several times, they told me to go to branch 2 a few blocks away. The room was old, the sheets smelled bad, the towels were like frayed rags, the refrigerator was broken and smelled awful... I must have bad karma to have booked a hotel like this for 730k VND/night.
