The location is good. Room is clean. The staff support for luggage carry. Food is average, there are more seafoods outside on the street with cheaper price. Recommend to stay but not for meals

Staff was awesome they even cut mangos for us! Breakfast was pretty good. The area is really nice and close to the beach. We would stay here again.

The place was clean and the staff were very helpful. Very good location and the rooms for families travelling is big so you don't feel that you are on top of each other.

Hotel room is clean and check in is fast. Location is not near the beach or mall. Hotel should provide buggy service to ferry hotel guests to the nearby beach. For a family room, the size is good but would be better if could have one more toilet. Staff speak little English. Service staff can’t even understand English or Chinese. View from the room is superb. Pool area is nice. Would be good if the hotel can provide better hairdryer. I’m using half way and it pauses due to overheated😤. Breakfast spread is good as well. Would recommend.

This is the second booking. We had a wonderful stay at The Malibu Hotel during our recent family trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for our family of 5. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered something for everyone, which made our mornings so much easier. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely consider staying here again on our next family getaway!
