The place is beautiful and clean. However, the crowd and the elevator system are horrible. It is a 36-level building but there are only 3 elevators. All the apartments are used for tourism only so there are a huge amount of humans gather at the elevator everyday. Everytime we need to go up or down the elevators, it took 30 mins and more to queue and squeeze through a hurdle of humans. People are shameless, they cut the queues, squeeze you in and therefore, we couldn't bother to go up to the rooftop pool anymore. The public restrooms are very smelly, the sauna is full of peeing smells which is filthy. In addition, we paid 3.3mil for the apartment but we were told that this apartment costs only 2mil if we book elsewhere. I will never recommend anyone here ever again. What a rip-offs and stressful stay.
