"This stay was great! The hotel is in an excellent location with convenient transportation and is surrounded by food and shopping. The room is warm and elegant, the sanitation is spotless, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and I slept through the night. The staff is warm and thoughtful, from the front desk to the cleaning staff, they all smile and respond to any request. The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and the taste is also great. The price-performance ratio is super high, whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, it is very suitable, and I will choose here next time!"

"This is my second stay.
I decided to come back because my family really liked this hotel during my previous visit.
What I love most is that the bus from Ho Chi Minh City to the hotel is included in the accommodation fee.
It’s very convenient not having to book the bus separately.
The hotel is clean, and the staff are very kind.
I was especially happy that they upgraded our room this time.
The room was clean, and the water pressure in the shower had improved compared to last time, which made the stay even better.
The pool was beautiful as well, and we were very satisfied.
My child especially loves the pool at Vias Hotel.
We’d love to come back again."

"Not a bad hotel. At first the Wi-Fi on the floor did not work, but they turned it on for us. The rooftop Jacuzzis were not working. Breakfast was good. But not a buffet like in the picture. Apparently due to the fact that the hotel was practically empty when we arrived. The staff is kind and helpful"

Из недостатков - нестабильный вай-фай и номер был прибран плохо - за кроватью был мусор и стульчак унитаза был грязный.
Если проследить за качеством уборки - нареканий не будет.
Также хочу отметить наличие бассейна и релакс- зоны на крыше - это приятный бонус 💯"

RRiog NStaff is really friendly. Superior rooms are spacious. Bathroom 501 needs maintenance (shower doesn't work properly, lacks pressure and has too much boiling hot water). Internet and aircon were good. The hotel should enforce stricter rules on noise especially at night / early morning. Overall good experience for a solo traveler like myself 👍

GGuest UserConsidering that it was a late booking, I guess the price was a little higher than what I expected. Lesson learnt: book early to get more options & better prices! Otherwise, the room was bigger than I expected. There were actually 2 double beds instead of one for 2 persons (interesting!). And there was also a small empty en-suite pantry with a kitchen sink that I didn't have to use. The room itself was a little old. but clean. The best part of the room was the view from the balcony. Lovely view of the sea, the poolside & the town's view facing the coastline. All in all, worth the money you pay for. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was passable. Some basic choices, nothing fancy, mostly Vietnamese flair with some noodles, fried rice, cereal & bread. Plus, they had an egg counter to cook eggs the way you want, either scrambled, sunny side up or omelette. And the nightlife is comparable to Ho Chi Minh City, vibrant, bright & colourful.

A spacious room with a panoramic window and a nice balcony. A wardrobe with hangers, a washbasin and a separate bathroom with a toilet and shower. A large bed, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, 2 bottles of water.
I really liked the contactless check-in system. According to the instructions that are sent to WhatsApp.
Entrance to the hotel territory is only by code. Also, via WhatsApp we communicated with the owner of the hotel to resolve minor issues. Everything was quick and clear.
The only thing we missed was a table with chairs on the balcony. Otherwise, everything was pretty good.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not located on the main street. It is located next to the statue of Christ (10 minutes by motorbike). There are also many different cafes with food for breakfast. The hotel is on a quiet street where you can't hear the sounds of a motorbike, and the noise of the crowd and there are no lights. Rooms with a view of the mountains and the street. The staff is very responsive, speaks English, helps with booking bus tickets to Ho Chi Minh City, very helpful and polite, you can also rent a motorbike at the reception for 150 thousand dong. But there is no breakfast. The rooms are small. The air conditioning cannot be adjusted. Overall, good.

GGuest UserFirst initial walk through the didn’t notice so much. But common area has no AC downstairs just fan’s. Was extremely hot. Rooms only have AC.
Kitchen supplies and cupboards are dirty and old pots and pans. You don’t even want to use. Not clean at all!
Upon check out. Maid told us they will charge 300,000 vnd because we didn’t wash our dishes. (8 cups and 4 plates). We then quickly cleaned the cups and put it on the drying rack. Honestly this is a job for the maid to insure that everything is clean for the next booking.
Bedrooms, linen has hair on the bed still and really unsure if it was actually changed. Mosquitos and bath rooms have mold and wood on door are all wet damaged.
The only thing we enjoyed is sitting by the pool and enjoying drinks and singing karaoke. But we can do that anywhere
