I never stay same like home stay very terrible, very very bad conditions for room, toilet, also water. I booked this hotel homestay yesterday at around 10:30 pm through makemytrip. It was a very bad behavior. When i went there, i was made to wait outside for more than an hour and called ***y people saying that the booking was not confirmed. I had to stay there for more than an hour and it was an unsanitary situation. The room was in a very unsanitary condition, the water in the toilet smelled almost like toilet water, it was almost over a month old,, very very bad, very bad condition.

I called today to book a resort with them but the staff is talking really rude and disconnected call workout completing the conversation Really disappointed service Please appoint well treating calling staff
