I booked 3 rooms in September...Before going i just tried to call them and re -confirm my booking ..they said that the rate that i paid was too low through Oyo and that I'll have to speak to Oyo and only then they can accommodate me ... pathetic..we book in advance to get a good rate ....and theres no way i could contact Oyo though i tried to my best ..... finally i did not want to go and be rejected with my family..so cancelled my booking ......i would suggest that no one booked this place ...it's the job of the staff to negotiate with Oyo once the money has been paid ...and confirmation received.........but they refuce and palm it off on us, despite many requests.... Arrogant and unwilling .... Do not book here .as they dont keep commitments ...please be careful

Decent rooms for a decent rate .. veg options can improve a bit .. pool close to the lake side .. just adjacent to the beach .. car parking space is slightly an issue when rooms are full .. basic toiletries are not provided .. overall it's a decent stay ..

No body answer the phone to confirm the reservation as I list my money. I have to rebook another hotel at last minute. I did connect with ******* to get refund cut they didn’t even respond on time.

The stay was excellent. But need to improve the food. Morning breakfast was really worst the food was not given at time and quality of food was not good.

Very professional 5/5 My previous booking was cancelled by the hotel guys. I was clueless where i will go. I went to this reception and explained my situation. Even though it is a peak season (Dussara holidays). They are able to manage and provide the accommodation to me. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Stay 5/5 The stay is very very comfort. Spacious rooms Very clean and neat. Location 5/5 in between the backwater and the sea. Food excellent home cooked food. don't miss morning breakfast.

We stayed there for a couple of days. When we checked in the receptionist asked for additional amount even though it was fully paid online. The food was pathetic. The good thing was the room was spacious and clean. Easy access to beach. The swimming pool was clean. Nice view from the room. Pleasant mornings. You cannot spend a lot of time at the hotel.
