Très bon séjour, le personnel est très souriant.Toujours pret à rendre service ,n' hésitez pas à solliciter Indika le chauffeur de TukTuk très sympa pour vous faire découvrir la région 👍 ou vous déposez à la gare car il vous accompagnera jusqu'au quai en vous prenant les billets.

Very bad experience. Terrible customer service. Went with full board package and food was not that standard. We couldn't get the rooms until 4pm and didn't allow any extra water bottle. Not recommended at all.

I am staying at the property for 5 days with my parents. The staff is verbally kind and friendly. I got upgraded to a nice room so my parents are comfortable with a long stay period. Lalith is looking after our room and making sure we are comfortable and have everything we need. Uditha at front desk is always helpful with a smile. Dharmadasa at the gym is a professional physical fitness coach. He made sure we did our exercises right and educated us how to continue our training properly. F&B team is always attentive and friendly. Lahiru and the team is excellent. Everyone is trying to make sure guests are happy. It makes the hotel feel like home.

We, at the Institution of Engineers Sri Lanka selected Thuryaa Hotel - Kaluthara for our annual get- to - gather. We wanted to have some group and individual games activities organized. The Animator team did a fantastic job for us. They are well experienced and friendly and cooperative. Food is fantastic and swing pool is big enough for our team to play and enjoy. I must write an appreciation note about Chief Engineer Kalum and R & B manager Thilina for giving us their personal attention to us. Our experience at the Thuryaa Hotel will remain with us for so long. Highly recommended the hotel.

My family with two kids, we came around 2.00 pm. Despite heavy check- ins we were immediately attended by Mr. Suranga of the front desk. He promptly advised us on various questions and provided clarification which made us very . The room was cleaned and every amnity In the room was functioning as expected. The lunch was good but more variations would have been preferred. The choice of salad was good. The best thing about the hotel was the pool, that my kids enjoyed immensely . The dinner and the breakfast were also all right. The staff was mostly helpful and friendly with the highlight being the interaction with Mr. suranga at the front desk.We will definitely visit again.

Fantastic hotel with excellent guest experience. Facilities are very good with great friendly staff. The choice of food is varied with good choices. The hotel has a compact gym but needs barbells and a rowing machine. The staff are super friendly with warm hearts and go out of the way to make your stay memorable. Staying at Turyaa is a heaven on earth experience with top class hospitality and facilities. My every visit to SL will have Turyaa on the list of hotels to visit and enjoy.

Overall, my experience at Turyaa Kalutara hotel was positive. The staff was friendly, and the food was satisfactory. Rasanka at resturant gave us a good service.However, I found it embarrassing that they only put wristbands on locals. This policy could make locals feel uncomfortable or unwelcome.

Good location, Nice view, clean and comfortable room, bed & pillows. Dinner buffet was lack of much varieties (2024.04.16) and wasn't satisfied. Breakfast is very good and Lunch was also fine with adequate varieties. The remarkable positive character was the desserts. Foods in breakfast and Lunch desserts were in outstanding taste. However, better if it can increase some more varieties. Noticed some minor gaps in housekeeping ( Residues of the dinner plates that had been delivered to rooms were not removed until the following morning and they were observed outside a room in 6th floor from 04.16 night to 04.17 morning. ) which should be improved for GHP . The friendliness of some staff in the main restaurant could be more improved. All local spirits, cocktails and softdrinks were free for FB plus package/ offer. Cocktails are excellent. Overall experience: Very good and worth for the price.
