An exceptional destination to spend delightful weekends and celebrate special occasions with your loved ones. I visited for my 6th wedding anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. It's definitely worth the money.

Probably will give one star to the gorgeous view and one star to the friendly staff. While they are all very friendly, the level of service in cleanliness and responsiveness is absolutely poor. I understand that it was New year period and they were fully booked and probably short of staff. However, we waited about an hour in the lobby for the room to be cleaned and when I reported the TV was not working in the room, we waited more than half an hour and on one came to fix it. Room was not clean either and the water quality in the pool …. Not recommended for swimming. Internet speed was sluggishly slow and air conditioning was not working well - imagine after a hot day at the beach and back to a hot room.

Отель хороший, очень отзывчивый персонал, всегда помогут и идут на встречу) пляж хороший, океан шикарный, бассейн чистый и вид просто супер! По еде - однообразно, но голодными не будете, тем более много в отеле не ешь, а больше в кафе. Отель немного в глуши, но тук тук всегда в помощь. На пляже бегают бичбои, советую «Мишу» ему можно доверять))) прочитал ниже что наглые - это их работа и если вы сами им обозначите границы, то все ок будет, не пристанут и надоедать не будут) из минусов - лежаки и полотенца пляжные (очень потрепаные), спасибо всем за хороший отдых! Массаж не очень

Отель старый имейте ввиду, но это вроде как терпимо ))) еда просто невыносима, заказывать тут вообще ничего не стоит (стоит дороже чем в рестиках, а еда просто полное г**н*. !!!! Заказали бургеры и том ям - я вам даже описать не могу эту кашу, жижу , так называемые бургеры …… картоха фри норм пойдет а остальное пиз**ц !!! Басейн 1.2 метра и стоишь по пояс в нем ! Шизлонги как будто у бомжей лежаки отобрали , все рванное , грязное , полотенца тоже рванные ! Это не отдых сплошное разочарование ….. оч печальный опыт …… В номере сантехника все зеленая , стены облезлые !!! Но есть и хорошие новости ))) НОМЕРА ПРЯМ КАК ДВУХКОМНАТНЫЕ КВАРТИРЫ , ванна стоит в отдельной большой комнате , душ отдельно , туалет раковина тож классно распределены !

Excellent hotel! we enjoyed staying in Oak Ray Haridra Beach Resort in March, 2024! perfect, helpful and very friendly staff, always ready for help! 👏👏😊❤️everyday cleaning service, huge apartment hotel room, ocean view!!☀️🌊 very good restaurant, thanks to Gishantha Withana, different dishes, very tasty! always recommend Oak Ray to my friends!!

We travelled with two kids. The staff is always very helpful especially SuSantha & Sanjaya & Jagath. The swimming pool is huge and in March the water temperature is 32 degrees Celsius also the Ocean temperature is around 32 degrees Celsius. Beautiful Ocean view from each room. Easy access to the beach. The food is good quality and tasty, it doesn't change a lot day by day but always fresh and suitable for vegans or vegetarians. Please note that this hotel has Sri Lankan five star standard and it is different than European five star hotel.

Отель приятный и персонал вежливый! Всегда помогут и пойдут на встречу! В отеле мне понравилось все, но хочу рассказать про одну особенность в Ваддуве, которой нету в туристических городах Шри Ланки. Это особенность, есть у каждого отеля в Ваддуве, когда есть определенные люди у каждого отеля и предлагают свои “Услуги». Чужих они туда не подпускают и работают только они. Тук тук, экскурсия и прочие услуги. Так вот около Oak ray beach слишком наглые ребята, которые по сравнению с другими берут дорого. Есть там такой Миша)) его услуги дорогие и плюс он знает как обманывать туристов. Я вам хочу порекомендовать ребят, которые доброжелательные и всегда помогут в любых ваших пожеланиях. The hotel and the surrounding area by the sea are beautiful, there is silence here, which is lacking in other places, which allows you to relax and enjoy your holiday in peace. The staff is nice, smiling and always helpful. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
