Nice small hotel not too far from Tunbridge Wells. Has parking. Offers sparkling water at reception. They offer vegan breakfast but must wait 10 mins to arrive. No lift to upper floor. Nice staff.

On coming up to this area covering drivers for a week my company booked me into this hotel. I can't normally be bothered to leave reviews but I must say this place inspired me to do so. The hotel itself is comfortable and nicely presented and the food is definitely on point (especially if your not paying for it),but the main reason on writing this review was to say how helpfull and friendly the staff are,nothing was a problem and in a day and age where customer service seems to be a dirty word the staff at this hotel definitely buck that idea,I've stayed in lots of places and for me the main overriding factor that can spoil it is bad customer service. I would definitely like to mention two staff in particular who are Tim who looked after me in the restaurant and with local info and the receptionist Victoriia both major credit to the company.

only stayed just the one night but was very impressed evening meal and breakfast were good, our room was large with everything you needed and the staff were very helpful ,it is well located with only a 10 minute drive in to Tunbridge wells , we would stay there again

Fabulous welcome and service! Especially Ben on reception and Tim in the restaurant. Room very comfy and clean. Location is in easy reach of the town centre and all amenities. Lovely looking hotel, we really enjoyed our stay, thank you very much!

I booked late on due to a work change but everything was great from checking in with Vicktoria to having a lovely meal in the lounge served by Tim & Jade. The location close to the motorway but not too close is excellent. I’m sure I’ll be back as I do a bit of work in this area. Thanks. J

Finley did an amazing job behind the bar! He was friendly and informative. What a lovely young man, we wish you the best at uni!! He was great at suggesting dri k suggestions and making the cocktails very friendly lad with great customer service
