Lovely, modern hotel very close to The Pantiles. Parking is £12 for the day, which was fine for a private, prebooked parking space, short walk from the hotel, no issues at all. The hotel was really nice, rooms are small but very clean, nice bathroom, tea, coffee etc. There is a minibar you pay for, safe, iron etc. We were upgraded to a room on the top floor, very quiet even with a wedding in full swing. Only downside was the view, film over the windows which was to stop surrounding buildings look in but you could pull over the net backing on the curtain to stop this, so no view and no natural light was the only minor ****** but saying that it would not stop us booking again. Nice restaurant setting, good breakfast. Girl on reception (long dark hair, just back off hols, sorry didn't get her name) was excellent, very helpful. We went for a meal at a Greek cafe in the pantiles, excellent food, a talk at the corn exchange and a few drinks. On the whole lovely stay, would definitely recommend.

The property was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay. Our only concern was the staff at the restaurant.
Slow service and lack of communication. They were pleasant and polite but seemed disorganised.

Nice hotel, very clean and excellent service. Beds comfy. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is a hike and there’s not much of it. The hotel is on double yellow lines so difficult to get all your stuff (we were at a wedding nearby) out of the car. They also charge an additional £12 for a 4* hotel that’s unusual to say the least. Rooms are fairly small but the balcony makes it feel more spacious so worth getting one of those rooms if you can. Our room was very warm and it took us a while to work out what to do. We didn’t ask tbf.

We stayed as a couple on Saturday evening with a trip to Brands Hatch the following day in mind. The hotel wasn’t the easiest to spot following sat nav but we found it , a lovely boutique style space and vibe. Pleasant clean room , good service, expensive but nice quality breakfast . Would definitely recommend for a night or two in the Pantiles area of Tunbridge Wells

Very nicely situated for Tunbridge Wells. Modern hotel with a nice restaurant . Excellent clean rooms . Quiet location . Friendly staff. Two negatives. 1.Parking is an issue . On street parking is residents only during the day. Parking spaces available close by at £14 a day but limited spaces and they do not warn you to book ahead for these. Difficult to stop outside as double yellow lines. 2. Limited signage in the hotel which is in three buildings with virtually no signage to tell you where you are or where to go .
