It's a bit difficult to communicate in English at the front desk, but the attitude is not bad. The rooms are very small, and the big bed room is relatively normal

Very nice hotel. As soon as we arrived the manager greeted us and upgraded our room. The room was very nice and clean with the best view over Petra. He also arranged a trip to Turkish bath for us, and arranged transport to Petra the next day. All discounted price. We are very happy with our stay here and we will recommend it to anyone visiting Petra.

El personal del hotel estuvo muy atento y complaciente durante nuestra estancia de dos días. La habitación estaba muy limpia, el colchón grande y cómodo, y las vistas de la ciudad y el atardecer desde la ventana son impresionantes. La ubicación del hotel está genial, tienen aparcamiento y está cerca de la entrada a Petra. Tuvimos algún problemilla con el agua de la ducha ya que tardaba un buen rato en salir caliente y la presión era escasa.

Muy buen trato por parte del personal del hotel, siempre ofreciéndonos los mejores servicios. Nos alojamos en una habitación con muy buenas vistas. Comida muy rica típica jordana con mucha variedad para desayunar y cenar. A destacar la limpieza del hotel. Repetiremos !!
