We were booked at this hotel when our planned hotel was closed. Reading some of the reviews here, we were worried about staying. However, when we arrived we found a very nice, clean, and comfortable room. The service we received was excellent. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. We like to visit Cuyahoga Valley National Park and we will definitely plan to stay here again on those trips.

Was a great stay. Everyone was so friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The pool area is so nice, spot for littles, the actual pool and the hot tub. Nicely done!

Upon arrival, new associate was left by herself. She did the best she could. No greeting when entering or leaving the building at all.
Room was a 5, top sheets needed to be replaced. Down comforter was stained. Bathroom was not cleaned very well.
Had to call the desk at 1:30, party going on for hours and people yelling and in & out. Room was so hot, turned heat off and static was horrible. Very dry in the room. No garbage bags in either cans in the room.

Everything was great. Breakfast could been better if the milk they served was past sell date and the switched up what they served daily. (Bacon and hash browns would been great)

Very well run and well kept property . Bob Evans restaurant a few steps away . Stores close by . This will be our yearly stop in Wadsworth . Thanks for a great couple of days
