My room wasn't clean even the bed and it looks like that hotel doesn't have enough staff for cleaning all rooms perfectly.
The hotel location and view are gorgeous, but I will not choose this hotel again

The hotel's hygiene is average. I saw unknown bugs crawling in the room in the middle of the night. I asked the hotel staff to catch the bugs, but they didn't catch them. As a result, I couldn't sleep all night. I went to the hotel to resolve the problem, but the hotel attendant had a very bad attitude, was bossy and arrogant, and showed no apology at all, as if it was my problem that there were bugs in the hotel. I asked Ctrip to contact the hotel to solve the problem and asked for a one-night refund, but it didn't work either.
