We stayed for 2 nights, my son stayed for 3. Location is handy although Wagga is not that big. Staff were friendly on check in, which was the only time we encountered them. We had a 2 bedroom unit (No 25) which is the second unit back from the main road (Sturt Hwy). The Highway is very noisy at night and as such didnt get much sleep. I dont think this would be an issue with the individual rooms but the appartment / unit was very noisy. The Unit itself was quite large but the hard surfaces everywhere highlighted the traffic noise. You could either turn up the TV to drown out the noise or just accept it. Fridge also very noisy, old with shelves missing from the door, had the up the TV volume to counter the fridge noise. This, I dont believe would be an issue with units located further back from the street but I think you'd need to be a fair way back. The unit was reasonably clean although the rangehood and hotplates weren't. I gave these a good clean even though we never used them. The toilet stunk! It was clean and relatively newly refurbished but unfinished. I dont know if they use recycled water and was the source of the smell but is was very unpleasant. The lack of an exhaust fan didnt help. We left a day early to go home as my wife couldnt go another night without sleep. Positives: Staff Location Access and parking Room size Recent Bathroom and Toilet Renovation Negatives: Toilet Smell Road Noise Room Noise Fridge Noise Kitchen very outdated Inside large although sparce, very cold feeling Not so clean. At an average of nearly $400 per night, not worth the money
