The prices for souvenirs are the same as in Honolulu, and Walmart and Target are cheaper.

The hotel is in kapolei, surrounded by macy and various shops, suitable for shopping, macy has many discounts, it is a good deal. There is a food supermarket, and the pasta is good nearby, which is suitable for the provocative stomach of China.
We visited the beach in Ko Olina Resort and mermaid’s cave. We had lunch at the beach house at noon. The price was not high and the view was good. We drank a glass of beer and then drove back to the hotel for shopping.

Overall great place to stay for families on the west side of the island. Despite being located right inside a big mall area, it actually felt quieter and more relaxed compared to the heavy touristy area of Waikiki Beach. Rooms are standard Hampton as one would normally expect on the mainland. Breakfasts are standard. Hotel front desk staff are friendly and helpful.
