Good position in town. You can walk to cafes and also down to the river. I thought it might be a bit noisy because the units are opposite the Oscars Bistro and drive in bottle shop owned by the hotel motel but this was not the case. We were there on a Monday and Tuesday so it might be a bit noisier on the weekend. The room was on the small side but perfectly adequate for a couple of nights stay. Comfortable bed, table and chairs and you can park outside the units. WiFi was good.
