There was a heated pool so I had a great time staying warm.
It was close to the lake, so the view was nice, and there was a supermarket nearby, so shopping was easy. It was good

The location is very good, on the edge of the lake, Lake Taupo is just outside the door. Breakfast can be eaten at the hotel next door for 30 knives.

It is recommended to live in a lake-view room, which has a beautiful and natural environment and is suitable for family travel. The room is clean and hygienic, the facilities are complete, the service attitude is quite good, and will patiently explain the precautions. The hotel is equipped with parking spaces, so there is no need to worry about parking problems. All in all, a value-for-money experience.

The 2 bedroom apar**ent smelt musty and mouldy, wallpaper was starting to peel off the walls and there were about 50 bugs in the bathroom. In need of a refurbishment. Great view of the lake. Due to my allergy to mould we could not stay there, we requested a different room, that room smelt just as bad. We then requested to move to the hotel next door that seemed to be under the same management. We were charged $50 extra for this move even though we moved from a 2 bedroom apar**ent to our family of 4 squashing into a twin bed hotel room. I emailed the manager after our stay, who was very responsive, gave us a full refund and is looking into improving the service they provide. The rating I would give the room is 1, but have increased it to 2 due to the response received from the manager.
