It's located in the city centre, just between to JR and Nanhai train stations. Large room space，good.

The room was smelly and not clean.
No elevator and I was in 3/F.
800 yen for parking.
Not good for family or kids because many "not good" service around the hotel.

価格が安く、和歌山市駅からも和歌山駅からも同じ距離だったので予約しました。歩いたら思ったよりも遠かったので、駅からバスを利用するのをおすすめします。シングルでの予約でしたが、部屋がとても広く、ベッドが２つありました。アメニティは最低限ですが、部屋に電子レンジがあったのが良かったです。朝食付きにして、お弁当のようなものが用意されていました。
