It’s just above Wakayamashi station, if you are a fan of train, it’s a great place to watch the train embark and disembark. The sky spa view is quite good, though it might be cold when the wind is strong. The staff is very considerate, it was a pleasant journey

There is a netflix, youtube apps in the TV. Also the sauna facility is good.

Room size was decent for Japanese standard. Great location, with drug store, supermarket, and many restaurants. Close to the Wakayama castle.

Nice location - just right on top of the metro station and with several food cookies of the hotels downstairs. Nice services and very sweet offer from hot spring facilities for people with tattoo - can enjoy the hot spring facilities during 00:00-04:00 at the midnight which is quite thoughtful and what a surprise!

Great views from the room which was nice, spacious, and clean. Didn't get a chance to use the bath/sauna as I have big tattoos but partner said there were nice views from the rooftop spa. Just above Nankai train station with trains to Osaka (and much cheaper than JR) so that was handy.

This was our first hotel stay on the vacation. A front desk assistant young lady was very helpful in assisting to report my lost mobile phone. We were assign to a corner room - room was very clean and the view was picturesque. will be our top choice hotel in the returning trip!

The hotel is clean and the room is relatively a bit more spacious than other hotels. I love the queen size bed. The sky spa is good too.

Overall good experience with spa facility equipped
