Best Western Plus Wakeeney Inn Suites

Easy to find off I 70. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and pointed out places to eat nearby. The breakfast was standard motel fare. The eggs were cold.

This is a old ,but clean property. The staff were excellent. The breakfast was great. The pool was out of order. If traveling that way again I would stay there.

I was really not impressed with this place. This is a sad mid-scale to budget hotel with a “PLUS” in the name that trough’s you off. The bed was nowhere close to comfortable. Sorry. My room wasn’t the cleanest. I found (not even kidding) black mold beneath the toilet. How is that possible, I have no idea. It was just a little bit, but it was enough to get me on edge of the property. No bible either!! For someone who is very Christian, that’s like 10,000,000 strikes in my book. It was also hot & humid when I first entered. The breakfast was so-so. The service was fantastic. The noise could be worked on. The amenities were fine. Pool was a bit dirty. And the parking was nice. It just seems like they’re not up keeping the rooms as much as the rest of the hotel. Disappointed about finding black mold though.

The bathroom was old, with some mold in the grout and caulking. Other parts of the hotel also needs a refresh.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were gracious and professional. The provided breakfast was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Room was not very clean, very outdated. Sidewalks all roped off, very difficult to get into room

The door locks were not working so the front desk had to let us into our rooms if we went out. The front desk said they knew for a few days and still tool reservations knowing that the guests could not get in and out of there rooms. Terrible, property is run down and not in good condition but ******* said it had an excellent rating. Very misleading. I’m going to request a refund: they didn’t even give us a receipt!

Wonderful breakfast service individuals. The rooms were damp feeling, lots of humidity. No pool or spa to take my kids to as part of the vacation, even though it was listed as an amenity.

This was our second stay there. Always very easy check-in, staff is always very friendly and polite. We came a little earlier in the day this time, Wakeeney is a neat little town.
