I’ve stayed n in this hotel for many years. Several times a year. We are gold members
of Bonvoy Rewards.
The room they gave us was in the old part. Awful. We changed it immediately.
As soon as we checked in we requested room cleaning service during our stay. But three days out of four whenever we came the room wasn’t cleaned at all. I asked to talk to the manager. Nobody bothered to contact me.
It was a better hotel before. Disappointed.

Lovely place to stay. We had an issue with no hot water the last day which turned out to be something needed to be reset. Staff was friendly and polite!

Great team; very nice breakfast and terrific front desk team! Always accommodating. Like home away from home!! Clean rooms, quiet environment. Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations. Again great staff. I really have no complaints. And highly recommend this property. I have traveled a LOT and this is a good place to hang your hat!

Friendly, helpful, upbeat staff was a major plus during my stay for the Massachusetts Baseball Coaches Association clinic this weekend. Great venue. You see the staff’s pride wether it be the front desk, restaurant, banquet, housekeeping and
