I like the friendly service staff was very welcoming, I like the unique setting loved the sculptures, antiques, location & food. I would definitely visit again 😀

Stopped here a few days ago en route to Narrabri. Lunch was the fish and chips with salad which was quite good but the turkish pineapple and cheese toasty was very disappointing. Coffee I just couldn't finish, neither could my husband as it was very bitter tasting. The amenities could use a good clean, streaks of faeces at the back of the toilet and scraps of paper on the floor and wash basin needed a good scrubbing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and the only good thing I can say about it is the great display of motor cycle memorabilia and old motor cycle on display.

I was lucky enough to find this accommodation at the last minute recently on a Saturday afternoon after a long day's ride. Our host was extremely accommodating. The room was comfortable and quiet for a good night's sleep. We had a sunset drink on the balcony before dinner and an awesome breakfast with my friends in the morning. The decor is amazing and there are plenty of places to sit and relax on your own. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a charming hotel and pub. Long a favourite of motorcyclists we stayed in the accomodation after riding the Oxley Highway. The rooms are comfortable and there is a common lounge leading onto a balcony for residents. What’s sets the hotel apart is the great service and friendly owner who goes out of her way to make you comfortable. Food is great as well. So many accomodation places are bland and characterless so it’s great to find good country hospitality.

This charming guesthouse was once one of many pubs in the small hilltown of Walcha. It still has many of the old features and fittings making it a living museum. Then amongst this are real museum pieces, largely along the theme of motorcycling. It is set amongst a beautiful garden and features quirky sculptures throughout. The friendly owners run a bar/cafe downstairs and serve a great breakfast. In summary: it’s a wonderful place to stay or visit, it really is.
