The room was clean and exactly as described. The TV was glitchy like it was having trouble connecting. The lobby smelled like the pool which was located in close proximity. Breakfast was great each day.

Been staying here for a while. Breakfast has been declining over the last several months. May start heading to one of the other hotels nearby due to this. But, the service of the front desk is always excellent.

Nice, quiet, close to everything I needed for my trip.
Very nice room, I wish I could have stayed the weekend and enjoyed the surrounding area, Grand Rapids, lake Michigan, Grand Haven....

the beds are comfortable but we had to beg for them to bring us fresh towels and that is all they did. Pick up the dirty towels and leave fresh ones. Never made or changed the bedding during a 6 night stay. We had to take trash down to large trash can by the elevator. Room was never vacuumed and floor in bathroom never swept.
