I will never stay at microtel again. It was worst stay I ever experienced. I left a day early. I do not recommend that anyone should stay at the microtel in Middletown NY

After going this this hotel for the past couple of years on our way back home from Florida, this was our last visit. Rooms needs to be renovated, lack of cleanliness everywhere, awful smell in hallways, and the price this year....$162 for a hotel in the middle of not much....As far as the breakfast,,,,,not even a piece of bread or yogourt, and only fruits were apples...we will find something else next year for sure.

Good location. Place is in need of updating. Very noisy, need a deep cleaning. Stayed for three days, and beds were never changed or made. Trash can emptied only after request was made. Will not be back.

Customer service was so great .. got stuck from a snow storm and they waived my early check in fee .. I was traveling from out of state and I was so exhausted,. I was so grateful!! my room was ready and so clean and all my amenities was in place .. thank you ,, I will stay there again during my travels.

Loud neighbors, paper thin walls. Breakfast was unappetizing and very limited options. I would not recommend staying at this mircote.
