6 of us visited recently for an overdue catch up, few drinks, evening meal, overnight stay and breakfast and we had a great time. Service was superb with all staff welcoming and friendly and I must add that James (pretty sure that was his name) who served us in the restaurant was superb and went out of his way to ensure all our needs (and appetites) were catered for. Both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent too. Our room was possibly getting a little dated but was more than adequate and looking at the pictures it looks like a refresh is being carried out. All in all very highly recommended.

I have used this hotel on a number of occasions, the staff are friendly, the rooms are great and food is of a very good standard. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in Bury.

My recent visit to the Red Hall Hotel, with a friend and our young babies, was simply delightful. The spread of savoury and sweet treats was delicious, offering a great variety and balance of both to enjoy. The price included specialty coffee options like lattes, which is a rare find in most places. The service was exceptional from the moment we walked in. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly in the restaurant, particularly Naz who made us feel welcomed and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our visit. One thing that stood out was how accommodating everyone was to our little ones. Bringing babies along can sometimes be tricky, but the staff made sure they felt welcome, which we really appreciated. Overall, our experience was fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious afternoon tea with great service, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!

My Wife and I visited for (prepaid) afternoon tea. Were shown to our table then ignored for over 25 mins. Eventually having watched 6 other groups arrive and be served I complained to the duty manager who observed that it "was terrible" ( I agree) We subsequently ordered Tea & Coffee but then had to request Milk as none was brought. My tea Cup was stained & unwashed. An absolute disgrace!

Had my 60th Birthday Party at the Red Hall on 10.02.24 and from start to finish had the most amazing night. The hotel and staff were most welcoming to all my guests and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were very comfortable, and breakfast excellent. Like to say a very special to Sharon who coordinated the party with my husband and made sure everything went smoothly right down to the last details.
