I booked my hotel room in advance. When I got to the hotel they said the pool was out of commission, there was no breakfast and then they said there were no clean rooms for me to stay in. They transferred me to a hotel a few exits away and the hotel didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator and the AC turned off halfway through the night. I tried to turn it back on but couldn’t get it to stay on for more than a few minutes. Very frustrating experience.

Location good , room clean , ac worked, tv , fridge, microwave worked. staff very nice. No lobby ac, roof leaking in lobby and free breakfast area,,, so no free breakfast. Looks like it’s been that way a while….unsightly.

They were in the middle of remodeling, only one person to help the whole motel. I contacted Travelocity and told me it was to late to get a refund. It wasn’t my fault if one of your motels in the middle of reconditioning! I should get a full refund

Was not as advertised,pool was closed,no breakfast,rooms need upgraded and needs thorough cleaning. Spiders and crickets in room,not to mention the musky smell. Would not recommend this hotel..
