********** completely messed up the booking as we arrived the countyard said they do not do bookings through ********** and we need to pay to be able to stay for the night and then try and claim it back from **********.
Now trying to get in touch with ********** was a whole other ordeal on it self. Cost me almost as much at the booking just to try and get in contact with a person that can help!
Worst experience yet and I am a well traveled person that will definitely not recommend booking through **********!
