Our stay was very comfortable, we could prepare meals from the comfort of our room but were very close to restaurants should you not be upto cooking. Property has a nice indoor pool while very close to the sea. Would recommend

I checked in at the Bella Luna on a Sunday afternoon. The staff was very friendly and accommodating towards me. At first I got a room without a bathtub and I really wanted a bathtub so they went the extra mile and moved me to a different room with a bathtub at the immediate request. Breakfast was wonderful each morning and the coffee was fresh and hot. They cleaned the room each day and none of my stuff was touched or moved. This is a truly wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone

We visited for 11 days and because of covid-19 flight delays another 3 days. There were small things wrong, but overall a brilliant experience with friendly staff. They went out of their way to accommodate us and the changes we had to make and sent us off early on the last day with a take-away breakfast to die for. Much appreciated. The only real complaint was that the TV service was not on standard.

If you are seeking a comfortable stay, I would recommend this hotel. The staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful, and the dinner was nothing short of sensational. I would particularly endorse the oxtail, which was an absolute delight. Nonetheless, the only noteworthy drawback was the bar area, which persisted late into the night on one night of my stay. Due to the thinness of the walls, this proved to be a disruption to restful sleep. Other than this, I would return to this establishment.

The towels were clean and the sheets were dirty. Let housekeeping change a set or there were stains. I suspect that they put the bedding on the ground and fold it? The quilt is huge and heavy. Breakfast is basic, not bad. The water pressure in the bath is OK, and the water pressure in the nano is generally small. In fact, the location of the hotel is very good, very close to the restaurant and the sea pier, just a few minutes walk. The room on the first floor is also very convenient to run out to shoot flamingos. The surrounding environment is also very quiet and safe.
