It was a lovely hotel. Very clean. Great rooms. Breakfast was really good.

Nothing to do in close proximity.
Staff were not welcoming at all.
Not enough shelving in the room for personal items.
Bathroom stool was used to hold all towels etc.

Desormais mon établissement préféré lors de mes déplacments dans le Nord de la France. Modernité de l'endroit, convivialité grace au grand bar et aux nombreux emplacement loundge. Tout y est pour satisfaire un déplacement dans les meilleures conditions.

Bonsoir, Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour au Bercail Hôtel, et comme les autres fois, nous en sommes très satisfaits et nous n'avons rien à redire. Nous voulons encore remercier le personnel pour sa sympathie et sa compétence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir lors d'une prochaine visite dans la région.

Au premier abord, extérieurement, un hôtel un peu froid dans un centre d'affaires. Par contre, l'intérieur est très chouette. La chambre suite était très grande et agréable avec une belle terrasse. Le personnel est très sympathique, toujours à l'écoute. Nous remercions Laurine qui a arrangé rapidement un problème de chambre twin. Laure et les jeunes hommes étaient très disponibles. La demi-pension n'était pas extraordinaire mais pas chère non plus. Le bar et ses serveurs sont très chaleureux. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Hôtel implanté au beau milieu de la zone d'activité. On pourrait s'attendre à trouver un hôtel standard morne et gris. Au contraire, le lieu est vraiment attrayant, ouvert et accueillant. Belle architecture, et bel agencement intérieur. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse, très bien décorée, avec une belle salle de bains elle aussi très vaste et magnifique. Literie très agréable : on a l'impression de dormir dans un nid douillet. Restaurant pas exceptionnel mais très correct et bien pratique. N'y allez cependant pas pour faire un régime, vous seriez déçu :) Personnel très accueillant, arrangeant et aux petits soins. Bref, ce qui devait n'être qu'une étape comme les autres s'est averée être un très bon moment.

Hôtel très bien situé grand parking bornes électriques le centre ville à 10 minutes à pieds belle ballade au bord de la seule à faire chambre agréable calme avec déco nature équipe sympa à l accueil au bar bon petit déjeuner avec produits locaux adresse à retenir sans hésitation

My feedback is a joined feedback for ******* and the Bercail Hotel. I paid extra 16 euros on the ******* site that stated allows me to cancel or change the reservation if needed. I reached out to ******* to use it. They told me that they need to check with the hotel. At the hotel, nobody was available to approve the request. This should not be the case: the ******* extra service should not be in conflict with the hotel policy.
